My sister was lucky enough to get to try this out Free when she hosted a Fun, Fit and Guilt Free Houseparty and we all enjoyed trying it out. Although there are 2 cons about the game, one you have to have no background movement, so if you have kids they would need to stay out of the room and two the music isn't all that upbeat, all in all it is a great work out. I especially like the 15 minute mom work out.

Eating from the Pantry Update

I am floored at how much we have been able to eat from what we already have in the freezer,refrigerator and pantry. I did a quick inventory of what we have left and I think we will last just this week.

I had to make a trip to ShopRite to get milk, juice and egg noodles, I misplaced the reciept but I am pretty sure I only spent around $11.
