Thank you so much! I was just sitting here racking my brain and redoing my cvs workseet over and over trying to figure out how to take my $15 ECBs and roll them into something bigger I can spend for the black friday deals.

So I am trying really hard to follow your blog and understand some of this stuff, but I don't know where to start. To be honest, I don't know if there is even a CVS near by me or not...
Any suggestions on where/how to start with all this? I'm not one to normally buy things we don't actually need. Do you buy things you don't need and then sell them or something?
Sarah, start out buying the free after ECB's stuff. You will have to put a little money out of pocket at first.
I have gotten one or two things I didn't need but you can always donate them or give them to family. For example the glucose monitors, I had a coupon to get it free and I got ECB's for buying it.
