I have so much to do around the house I am going to get ahead of myself with CVS so I don't have to think too much more about it.

You can check out a full list and ad scan at

I accumulated $31.00 in ECB's last Sunday and I want to get more for the Black Friday Sales so I am doing 2 different transactions this weekend.

I now have $45.98 ECB's for Black Friday Sales
If you are new to this or don't have as many ECB's as I started out with you really have nothing to lose buying the free after ECB deals! Use those ECB's to buy the free after ECB deals for Black Friday!

Thank you so much! I was just sitting here racking my brain and redoing my cvs workseet over and over trying to figure out how to take my $15 ECBs and roll them into something bigger I can spend for the black friday deals.

So I am trying really hard to follow your blog and understand some of this stuff, but I don't know where to start. To be honest, I don't know if there is even a CVS near by me or not...

Any suggestions on where/how to start with all this? I'm not one to normally buy things we don't actually need. Do you buy things you don't need and then sell them or something?

Sarah, start out buying the free after ECB's stuff. You will have to put a little money out of pocket at first.
I have gotten one or two things I didn't need but you can always donate them or give them to family. For example the glucose monitors, I had a coupon to get it free and I got ECB's for buying it.
